Both private owned farmland and native vege covered crown lands both have their separate issues.

logically most farmland has been cleared, state owns minerals but owner can say no until the $$$$$$$ make him/her say yes.

Crown land you clear native vege and deal with native title.

I think I know which I’d prefer.
