LPE are the retailer for many large bulk metered sites just on the Gold Coast. Quite a number of the high risers that they bulk meter I understand have long contracts (7-10 years) as there was significant costs to initially set up.
There is one bulk metered site in the northern Gold Coast which is part of an estate in a gated housing community. There would be 80-100 customers that are fed from private underground reticulation.
I does appear that the 5 customers still on the books are the last of the domestic customers
