Statler and Waldorf from the muppet show. These two are something else. The idea in investing in the biohub was the option on the crypto miner. They gave that option away for free. Now they have extended the loan til June 30 2024 and without any penalty to the Bio hub.
This would be funny if it wasn't so serious. The only way this stock can have a rally is the day these two are removed.
Fwiw, IF the $6.1m is paid back in June, the market cap is currently at $6m. Given they should be at a small profit this year and successive years moving forward, a fair price to sell the entire company with the cash is 12-15c. Once the $700k of their salaries is factored in the profit will be larger and FV move closer to 20c.
Sentiment changed to HOLD. Will change to buy once these two muppets are removed.
