Encouraging. It's slick and a clear proposition.
It does very clearly say they are doing both their full service offer as a retailer, and a billing only model as a service provider to body corps. This brings me back to the original question "how many full service customers do we have?".
It really matters from a valuation perspective. Full service customers are sticky and more valuable, but they've told the regulator they have only 5 of these customers. They've told us they have 34,000 contracted customers.
