In the light of recent research on thermal coal demand I posted on the BND forum I am trying to establish some time frames for MTE. As you know I am not a big believer in the U/G story of the Surat but assuming there will be a certain amount of O/C up front, what is the latest on 3TL? I haven't heard of any developments there but would consider taking a position in this stock given the missing link will happen but I need to convince myself on port and some level of advanced concept study for mining O/C.
