My thoughts - It's an environmentally sensitive issue! Not worthy of boasting about it in this current climate with all the negative sentiment in the sector.

3TL's proposed export terminal has a lot of things going for it. It's in the right place/zoning amongst other developed export terminals unlike some other planned export terminals up the coast (3 developments at Port Alma) and has very experienced people behind it.

The developments at Port Alma have progressed ahead to the TOR stage even with all the hurdles and opposition against them.

3TL's coal terminal is very likely to happen - it's just going to take 5 years, in time for MTE's planned production should it still be around by then.

I wonder what the price of thermal coal will be by 2017? This market is stupid!
