I was wondering this myself, is the new well taking from existing reserves, which would mean that the reserve will just drain quicker.
I think the big money stays away from this stock mainly due to how many shares are on issue (and potential option conversions) - any jump in the share price is a big jump in market cap. Also the amount of money the Indo govt takes isn't good.
