Thanks for that. I know they're paying 40% tax but just can t get the required detail of the production sharing contract to make fully informed decisions.

A lot of ppl, myself included, bought into this not knowing much about these agreements and the high rate of tax. Originally I was doing the simple maths that you've said not to do, as were a few other ppl, over the time I've held the shares. We calculated profit way back, but when the financials came through we realised a loss was being made and some figures didn't make sense. It came as a shock to a number of ppl that we were making a loss, and the CR came as another shock, which diluted further an already heavily diluted register. It means that any small rise in the share price is a large increase in the MC. Agree with you that it's further complicated by all of those oppies coming into play at 0.4c.

I didn't like that there was no movement in the share price up for a long time and basically to get my money out over the last 12 months I would have sold at a loss ($8000). So I held on and took the opportunity to s3ll our and to take a profit ($8000). I had about 16,000,000 shares at an average of 0.25c.

Good luck to ppl that continue to hold. I need my money liquid at this point, but if you don't need the money in your immediate reach it'll be interesting to see where this goes.
