eirexpat, I'm not sure of the final costs of the drilling operations, but all expenditures are recoverable as below,
.............The well is further de-risked as the drilling expenditure will be fully cost recoverable
against existing production under the terms of the KSO............
I'm not clear on the exact terms of the recovery arrangement, but at least the expenditure will be recovered by the company over a period of time.
Perhaps other posters might have more information on this for you.
