this would normally refer to the size of equipment moved to site for testing if near by production facilities can't be used
For example the size of the vessel collecting the test fluid may only be 500-1000 barrels in volume or test equipment maybe choked due to its flow line diameter
So if the well flows 2000 bpd and your vessel is 1000 barrels in volume you either have to stop the test after half day or continually have the means to remove fluid to continue the test duration, or you choke the well back to decrease flow rate to increase the test duration
