With Masters closing, I would suspect that Bunnings can also wind down some stores. Would if make sense that if there was a Masters store and a Bunnings store next to each other, the only reason that bunnings store was there (could have been running at a loss) was to make sure that people shopped there and not at Masters. There may have been another Bunnings 15 minutes away that people could go to instead. So it makes sense to close the property...
I'd be tempted at about $2.50 ish. Its a no brainer stock easy business.
Just my thoughts.
