Jusf wondering if your brother in 'jolly Qld' is still excited and still thinks you  'finally got one right'?...  For me TM's 'pretty confident' comment was the writing on the wall re: funding...backed up by his 'huge' holding of 72 000 shares....now that is 'bollocks' from a guy asking investors to tip in $40mill imo
l believe the term 'lifestyle Co' is well defined as having overpaid, underperforming BoDs and very high central office and corporate costs.. I'm still not sure if the term applies to VRC because the BoD hasn't even underperformed yet imo...although salary and office costs may well do....and 'we 'just doubled non-exec salaries...not a good look...I hope their phones are running hot.
BoD really do need to get their skates on now...the lower this SP goes, the uglier another CR will be if needed before funding is found.
