Buying shares now in VRC without any knowledge about if and when the company can raise the funds required to begin mining, or if a cr is going to be needed, or if more shares are going to be released which further dilutes the share price etc, it is not just a risk, it is a big gamble.

Unless an investor has information privvy to rest of us, buying VRC shares at the present time is either gambling or tasking a huge risk. There is no certainty shown in anything that has been released, that the mine is definitely going to get off the ground.

I have money set aside to buy more stock in VRC, if and when the funding issue is sorted. I would suspect that a lot of prudent investors would be doing the same. I hope that VRC is about to source the funds quickly, easily and in a cost effective manner. But trying to list on the Mauritius stock exchange seems like a long shot to me? And how long would it take?
