CNBMGM have not completed a bulk test and until that occurs Volt will not genuinely progress that deal. If you want to understand the very long process of dealing with CNBM then look at the GPX announcements or better still speak with the MD. By the way CNBMGM is one subsiderary of lots within the CNBM group. In other words Volt is dealing with just one little subsidiary, not the entire conglomerate.
