If you have a look at other stocks (not just vrc) the sp action is similar and although great news to have enviro & ML squared away, project ultimately hinges on funding , no funding no mine no revenue its as simple as that , everything else is white noise.
If you believe the graphite story unfolding then pic a g stock, vrc just happened to be the one I chose. IMO other g plays have as good a chance ‘if’ they get funding as demand for product will be there. The longer it takes for mines to get into production the higher the demand will be, we are seeing this already.
