My feeling is also that the sp is cheap as long as the $40m funding can be found. Yes, those who prefer less risk are waiting for the funding to come through. If and when the funding does get raised, then the company is de-risked, those waiting on the fringe will buy into the stock, and the sp won't be seeing 2c any more!
You stated previously that you believed that there will few problems raising the money. Why is that?
