To answer your question, I have stated in the past that I do believe that the money will be raised without too much difficulty. I do believe investors have had their money waiting to participate in the Note Issue. The green light has now commenced for them to start organising their funds.
In a months time I will obviously have a clearer indication if my information was infact correct.
