To determine that you really need to look at the MC of Sirtex at the time of TO, which I believe was around $1.6B.
So, OSL @ $2 share price (approx) on an undiluted basis would give it a MC of around $1.6B, which one day may be possible…..but don’t expect a share price anywhere near $30.
