Read the PR again. "Only" 20M shares within 5 days of executing the agreement, plus US$250K for the privilege of conducting a 3 month due diligence (total cost +/- US$1.25M at a SP of 0.065). The remaining 20M shares would be paid after 3 months, only IF BYR decides to stay in with the agreement. At that point, I expect they'll see enough in their DD to stick with it.
So, total cost might be +/- US$2.5M for 60% of a large(!) property which could be better than Giro. Works for me...
