Yeah.. I read the article and it is very vague. When you combine with the release from WAF, it makes much more sense. As a long term investor, this appears to be more noise...
Albeit I believe this might hinder SP increase in the medium term... Hopefully once Kiaka is operational and they can comfortably serve the debt, shareholders can receive some divies!
