If there is a big deposit spanning tenement boundaries I'd presume some sort of unification would occur. All sorts of permutations then come into play.

If Charger does have a big deposit on its land, Rio's going to find it and work through the farm-in conditions to own 75%. If there is something big, the RHS of the tenement boundary is potentially at minimum 75% Rio Tinto, 25% Charger. Most likely its 100% Rio Tinto as Charger would be either bought out or taken over.

This would mean that if there is something big on Charger's tenement extending to Target D, its a tenement boundary with one of the seriously big boy's of mining. Who knows how that would turn out. At this stage all we have is soils.
