The Exploration Target quantity and grade is conceptual in nature. There has been insufficient exploration
to estimate a Mineral Resource and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the estimation of a
Mineral Resource. The Target is based on the Company’s resource definition drilling undertaken since
discovery in October 2023. The current drill hole density (spacing between holes) at Burmeister is not
considered sufficient to determine a Mineral Resource.

Luck is the phenomenon and belief that defines the experience of improbable events, especially improbably positive or negative ones. The naturalistic interpretation is that positive and negative events may happen at any time, both due to random and non-random natural and artificial processes, and that even improbable events can happen by random chance.
