Perhaps a spin out of MMY’s australian assets into ODY in return for equity in ODY could be the smart way to do it?
MMY would have a substantial shareholding in ODY and ODY would then have a clearer production pathway with ownership of a mill, and australian gold assets would be consolidated into one entity and in one prime WA location
plus toll milling options for third parties if the upgraded mill has capacity
