I'm not sure what's in this for current IPT shareholders. We used to own Commonwealth 100%, but now we're selling it, and we're being asked to buy shares in the new owners. I'm a simple guy; there has to be a better explanation for this. It's like, I own this car, but you want me to pay you to buy it from me!??
