New buyers are going to run out of time. Sensible deal metrics point to new player earning 25% for funding carry in 3 wells (RAF 2 stepout, RAF South , RAF Downdip (to tag oil leg) and wedge of cash. Total deal value??? $100 m ??? $50m drill carry , $50 m cash. Implied valuation then 50cps >> (75% of 400= 300/600) Unfortunately stock doesn’t perform till drilling starts, goes berserk when 3 for 3 …
