Sorry I posted this on BME as well. I don't quite understand the precise intent of the reservation policy? It all makes sense if you're tied into the DBNGP, but Rafael will most likely be a stand alone development.
Are BRU obliged to store the 15% even if they don't have a customer? Or do they have to sell it on the domestic market somehow? How would we do that if the FLNG is the preferred development option?
