Its certainly a process where you want expertise from outside to work on, a sellers advocate. The second question, possibly not. For me its part of the jigsaw puzzle, peice by peice, but to plan, methodical and on time. The comms and progress updates have been good. Im still glad I'm in and we are fast approaching the pointy end. We will see soon...
