    Agree, this move gets a "no" vote from me (seems like a knee jerk reaction to the taps being turned off at Ungani and reeks of desperation). This was a free roll of the dice and another of our backup plans. All our eggs are now clearly in the Rafa basket - a bad result on the Rafa appraisal and we're toast.
