Just to clear up the $4m figure. As I read it... the less it costs BRU the better, as they have to pay it back later... Hence, ORG have basically lent BRU up to $4m for the seismic.
I am still ok with the way they have structured the deal, as its an interest free loan that only becomes payable once the production license is secured.
