Looks like JC was in market for most of the first half of this year, sweeping up shares.
It's like having a company buyback program in place, except it's just a director running it and snapping up more shares at their leisure.
JC was paying up to 13.5 cents as well, which is a good reminder that 10 cents is an absolute bargain!!
I wonder if this was published now, does that mean JC can creep another 3% starting early next year?
Or is it based on the FY? The filing implies it's calendar year given they didn't disclose these purchases at end of June.
Either way, a good backstop for the price moving forward.
