Have to agree, I also feel a cash raise is imminent, this will further dilute TFL.
If it's struck based around the current SP avg, as CR's seem to do, it will no doubt impact the SP further downwards.

How much cash is required?

Not sure that's such a grand idea in the short to medium terms.
