The bloke has only been there 3 months. Expecting anything tangible is way premature. What has been identified, reading between the lines ;

- The business has no ERP. Prob run off a few spreadsheets.
- The business has too many products that don’t sell
- The business has too much overhead (management cut)
- The business hasn’t driven sales enough (new sales hire)
- The business has no professional procurement (new hire)

Overall the business has not achieved synergy with its acquisitions and has not sold effectively. Fortunately, FMCG Sales is the new CEOs background….not making Cheese.
