We use the cream in our kitchen, about 400L/week. We had a phone call last Friday stating that the price is increasing from $47/bag to $75/bag as of Monday. No advance warning, no leniency to allow us to adjust our pricing on our products as a result.
Our sales contact sounded exhausted and just as annoyed by the situation as us. He'd been getting angry calls all day, and there's a number of local businesses including us now switching to different suppliers, he said it came down from the top.
I'd say that was a change that was made that I've noticed, hardly a well informed one but it's certainly aggressive.
