I think the Wasabi business has the potential to grow considerably, think potato chip or mayo flavoring. Also specialty cheese is not price sensitive. On the other hand milk and poultry are particularly price sensitive to consumers and are beholden to the big supermarket chains, Inflation is not slowing so its going to be tough for management unless they can get creative.
