EFA is the export finance agency of the Australian government. As a lender to EOS, they would have consent rights to any amendment that is made with respect to other debt arrangements, including with respect to the Soul Patts loan. As EOS is seeking an amendment to the Soul Patts loan, with respect to relaxing conditions around use of cash to fund export guarantee credit obligations, then EFAs consent would be needed around that variation to the loan agreement.
