Answer:
No. The Company expects net operating cash flows to improve in the next several
quarters. The current quarter included higher inventory purchases that resulted in a
higher ending inventory balance than desired. The Company plans to limit inventory
purchases until inventory levels decline to an acceptable level, thereby decreasing
its net cash use. Further, the current quarter included a refund to a customer that
had overpaid in a prior quarter. The refund artificially lowered cash receipts in the
current quarter and therefore increased the net cash used in the quarter.
