Yeah, there's a CR coming, but in the meantime we have a small loan facility on pretty good terms...
The Company has entered into an unsecured, interest free funding facility of $300,000 with related entities of directors and in addition, are well advanced with further funding arrangements to ensure the Company maintains sufficient working capital to advance its various business programs.
I'm pleased to see that we're not being screwed by our own director with a 14% interest rate.
Pay cuts and an interest free loan, I think our Board must be very confident of a BIG development in the short term.
