I believe the additional investors part is only that Dom and Hishenk will convert options early.

By the length of this negotiating period it would appear management are extremely stubborn to not accept a poor deal form the Institutional investor, all management needs is the $3m of options converted early. How to do this? I would say Hishenk and Dom would convert early under some agreed plan?

In simple terms you just need an investor to throw in $500,000 @ 4c and 20m options at 5c expiry Dec 2017 (Dom and Hishenk to then convert options) you should have almost $2m and the rest of the options will be converted towards april 2017 so more additional money to come in...
