Q4 is seasonally the biggest quarter of the year by far, so all other quarters will look small compared to Q4.

James Drummond coming back will add to cash burn however he has come up through the business as Bruce Coombes built it. He also worked in Bruce’s previous successful business venture (prof services outsourcing firm he sold to a major fin insto). I’m sure he’s a capable guy, and he probably adds a bit of immediate bandwidth in the business. Other than that I’m unsure if there’s any massive upside. Hopefully he’s very motivated and gets busy.
