WILDHORSE ADDS TO BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CAPACITY

WildHorse Energy Limited (ASX:WHE) announced today it has further boosted its corporate finance executive capacity with the appointment of Doug Warden as Vice
President Business Development, effective from 1st July 2007.

Mr Warden has over thirteen years experience in the resource sector and corporate finance and joins WildHorse from Summit Resources Ltd where he was the Chief
Financial Officer.

WildHorse CEO Mr Richard Pearce said Mr Warden had worked extensively in finance and business evaluation activities.

“His role with WildHorse will focus on providing support for our fund raising activities including detailed evaluation of various markets, investor and external relations, and
mergers and acquisition evaluations.”

Apart from his role with Summit, Mr Warden has held various senior business development, commercial and finance positions with Iluka Resources Ltd, including
the role of Commercial Manager, Operations Group. Prior to that, he gained nine years corporate finance and insolvency experience, predominantly with Ernst &
Young and KPMG.

Mr Warden is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, a B.Comm from the University of Western Australia and a Diploma in Applied Finance from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
