I'm now about to add another $0.5M to my holdings, as I've been told by one of my sources that Nasdaq listing is nearing than expected + an Asian launch is in the pipeline - both prior to Aug 2019.

So when the regulatory risk is off (very likely 95% change), I would not be shorting this stock until after Aug 2019.
