It took Amazon almost 10 years to make a profit - reinvesting to build the business, essentially land-grab when you are the front-runner in a new market is smart. Competitiors will come but afterpay have established themselves as the leader in Australia and if they can do the same in the US and UK, they will be very hard to move. Anyone that doesn't understand this is either not very bright or simply trolling
