could be worse but could be better. Not terrible terms for capital with no discount although options at 22-25 cents will weigh on the sp. It's a shame the mine wasn't able to generate the cash to fund its own development although I guess it can't be helped. Was nice to see a tidbit about maldon processing plant and tailings storage being expanded so likely a non issue.
Looks like they are getting contractors in to help with development and infrastructure, likely to allow the existing and fairly small mining team to stay on production, makes sense although the contractors will cost more short term it will avoid putting on too many permanent employees. A lean crew is one of the benefits of this operation.
It's unfortunate to see the total shares on offer slowly but surely grow out as the low soi was one of the more promising things about this from a investor pov. although still not a complete disaster we really need to see this thing to start generating some good free cashflow sooner rather then later.
