These are all solidly laid steps...foundations...for a path to success...delegating authority/responsibility/skills and good time management objective being put into place for Kos himself...diluting Kos' role so he doesnt dilute his ability...Kos must have some greater things to devour on his plate for now, after initialising an (introductory) business template for the new manager.
The hiring of the latest few employees Last month) has been integral to our success as the wpork being done behind the scenes has obviously assisted in addressing ESIs current wave of business interest (international and national).
However this latest Management contract confirms that ESIs recent Administrations' effort has been fruitful - the recent work has obviously created the need a for a new and skilled role to manager to the pipelines.
Not a minute too late. The extra expertise will enhance our administration, public relations, sales and marketting.
The news basically says to me that the background effectthis new manager will have will be that he has created room for more dedicated vocation in the workplace due less diluted skills, by way of creating another integral managerial skill-bank (a broad skills bank at that).
All good news at this important time when we should not be watering down our best employee virtues, but a time when we should be harnessing in their , most potent form, in a cutting edge industry - which we are currently sharing the lead position in.
Thumbs up to a good announcement which generally wont be acknowledged with the weight it deserves - even though the announcments finer messages are a vital signal for where our focusses are currently being aimed.
