SPT when listed in Jan-19 didn't file a quarterly in Jan-19 (first quarterly was Apr-19) RDY when listed in Apr-19 didn't file a quarterly in Apr-19 NXS when listed in Apr-19 didn't file a quarterly in Apr-19
However KPE (listed in Apr-19) did publish a quarterly in Apr-19.
Seems to me that if you listed after the quarter end date, it is voluntary for you to publish that quarter's report
