"Who is performing the Due Diligence on Appstablishment worth - when associated partie/s share ownership if I am correct"

There is an independent expert report on the transaction that has been presented to the ASX for their approval before the deal can be put to the shareholders for a vote (again). This is necessary because the shareholders had previously approved the merger, but it got pushed back due to COVID and the ASX made them resubmit their independent expert report. In the intervening period, CRO completed the deals with VISA/Fiserv and Mastercard/Fiserv which required the expert report to be updated and resubmitted to the ASX.
