My view is they would be far better off leveraging their core ERP software, loyalty programme and point of sale technology into adjacencies that are growing faster than cinemas and will attract a higher multiple. Rather than further increasing their exposure to a vertical that is at best losing share of wallet in the core western markets through businesses that don't have any R&D leverage.
