someone definitely saw the plan some weeks ago and start buying it up, it had 35% run since AGM for no reason and at AGM
they didn't say anything about this cost cut and restructure, they just said we are laser focus on profitability going forward.
they should be a very profitable business once they move it to cloud and development is done, recurring subscriptions revenue and not much up keep
