Flicks has zero synergy apart from that it produces media content about cinema and streaming. It isn't even a global product and likely never will be.

Powster at least requires direct relationships with the studio and distributors, but even then is almost entirely a film by film design agency. At a stretch there may be some way to improve Movio with data derived from Powster film websites but I imagine the privacy restrictions now in place make this pretty difficult.
