    "Also mentioned they 'fully expect' to recover the $3m hit through insurance."

    It's $2.5 m, not $3.0 m and the only comment I saw on insurance didn't say they fully expect to recover the $2.5 m:

    "the group has commenced an action to seek recovery from the insurer but has conservatively determined to fully expense
    the matter in current period"
